Client management software for insurance agents
Short answer: client management software keeps every client, their policies, premium dates and payments in one place instead of a diary and chat threads. RenewPe does this for insurance agents and advisors in India and adds one-tap WhatsApp renewal reminders.
What RenewPe keeps for each client
- Contact details - name and phone number, ready for WhatsApp.
- Policies - each policy you look after for them.
- Premium and cycle - the amount and whether it repeats yearly, quarterly or monthly.
- Renewal date - set for policies that are already running.
- Payments - what was paid, what is due, what is overdue.
Enquiries before they become clients
Write down each new enquiry, note the follow-ups and convert the prospect into a client when they agree. Nothing lives only in your memory.
Your team
Add managers so an assistant can record payments and follow up, while ownership settings stay with you. Each agency's data is separate from every other agency's. See security.
What RenewPe does not do (today)
- It is not connected to insurers: it does not fetch policy status, pay premiums to the insurer or confirm that a policy is in force.
- It does not track commission, brokerage or payouts.
- It does not store policy documents or KYC papers.
- It does not send reminders by itself from a shared number; each reminder opens in your own WhatsApp and you tap send.
- It does not give insurance or investment advice, or compare products.
Frequently asked questions
What should client management software for an insurance agent track?
At minimum: each client's contact details, their policies, the premium amount and cycle, the renewal date, what has been paid and what is due. RenewPe tracks these, plus new enquiries.
Can my assistant use it too?
Yes. You can add managers to your agency. Access depends on their role, every device needs the app-lock PIN by default, and the owner can also require authenticator-app sign-in.
Can I track prospects before they buy a policy?
Yes. Enquiries are kept as a separate list with follow-ups; when a prospect becomes a client you add them and their policy.
