LIC and other insurance agents, mutual fund distributors and financial advisors who look after a book of clients with yearly, quarterly or monthly premiums and want a simple way to remember and remind every renewal.

### How does RenewPe know when a premium is due?
You tell it. When you add a client's policy you choose how often the premium repeats (yearly, quarterly or monthly) and, for an existing policy, set the renewal date. Premiums then fall due on that date each cycle. RenewPe is not connected to insurers, so it does not look up policy status.

### Can RenewPe send WhatsApp reminders for premium renewals?
Yes. For each client whose premium is due or overdue, RenewPe opens WhatsApp with a polite reminder already written and addressed to that client. You review it and tap send from your own WhatsApp number.

### Does RenewPe connect to insurance company systems?
No. RenewPe does not connect to any insurer, fetch policy status or pay premiums to the insurer. You record the policy and its premium yourself and mark a premium paid when the client confirms or you collect it.

### Does RenewPe track commission?
No. RenewPe tracks the premiums your clients need to pay and your reminders. It does not calculate or track commission, brokerage or payouts.

### Does RenewPe store policy documents?
No. It stores client contact details, policies and premium dates, not scanned documents or KYC papers.

### How is client data protected?
New insurance agencies start with an app-lock M-PIN required on every device, and can switch on authenticator-app sign-in (MFA) as well. Each agency only ever sees its own data, and payment records are never edited: a mistake is voided and entered again, so the history stays intact.

### Does it work on a phone?
Yes. RenewPe runs in your phone's browser as well as on a computer, so you can check who is due and send a reminder between client visits.
